CHAN18 FINAL: MORROCO DISGRACES NIGERIA 4 – 0 TO CLINCH TROPHY

Host of the African Nations Championship (CHAN) 2018, Morroco, clinched the trophy in the final on Sunday after thrashing Nigeria 4-0 in Casabalanca, to win the competition for the first time.

The Eagles best finish in the competition before this year, is finishing third under late Stephen Keshi.

A brace from Zakaria Hadraf and a goal each from tournament leading scorer, Ayoub Kaabi, and Walid El Karti, gave the North Africans a deserved win.

The home-based Super Eagles were reduced to 10 men, after Peter Eneji received his second booking.
